After Sales Policy


Electrometal is committed to its customers, by offering immediately after the order, a guarantee for proper operation for a period of one to ten years, depending of the product.

The company assumes to replace any component that has any malfunction, if the defect is due to the construction and has no damage from poor transportation, improper storage, improper installation, misuse or negligence. The guarantee applies since the installation and use of the products of the company have followed the installation instructions of the company. With the delivery of the products the Company-Customer assumes the responsibility.


1. Technical support: Electrometal provides all the necessary installation and user manuals, investigates specific ways of integration of products in full elevator, acceptance-investigation-solving technical problems for the client.

2. Direct communication with certification bodies (Tüv, EVETAM, etc.), during the delivery of elevators, mainly related clarifications for immediate solutions on problems in Greece and abroad. Electrometal also commits to give the required conformity certificates per country and product.

3. Availability of parts: the company commits to have in stock spare parts for a long time after the sale.

4. Replacement of defective products: when proven, due to a manufacturing fault or in case of a responsibility of the company.

5. Repair products after use: on the condition that the products are returned to our premises.

6. Product training: is provided to our customer in our premises and with prior consultation with the relevant department.
