1. General Conditions of Sales

  1. 1. All applications for offers/orders concerning a standard product, may be answered within 24 hours. For non-standard products, within maximum 3 days.

  3. 2. For any request of interest, a proforma/offer is issued, while for non-standard products order confirmation includes drawings and technical details.

  5. 3. The execution of the order begins after the customer confirms the order and the terms of payment and shipping. Electrometal undertakes the necessary time to execute the request, based on customer needs and capabilities of the production.

  7. 4. The payment for foreign customers is cash. (Proforma invoice in  advance). In cases of large amounts of orders, may be requested a percentage of proforma invoice to be executed in advance.

  9. 5. The shipping method is in agreement with the customer and by the customer's claim. Otherwise preferred the cheapest reliable choice.

  11. 6. The customer is responsible for the shipment of the products.

  13. 7. During the execution of the order, from the beginning until the delivery of the products, there is constant communication with the customer.

  15. 8. All orders are accompanied by the necessary documents/certifications.

  17. 9. After the execution of the request, Electrometal sends a customer satisfaction questionnaire form and energizes the warranty and after sales policy.
